Yes, I know, I promised more updates. Well, sorry, I was busy. Watching Jessica Jones, mostly. Did you guys see any of it yet? I just finished the last episode ( no worries I won't spoil), and damn, you need to start watching this if you haven't already. I like the Marvel stuff; haven't watched everything yet but I'm working on it,but for some reason I really wanted to see Jessica Jones. I haven't even seen Daredevil yet. But this show just seemed like something I had to watch. Which I did.
And now I'm in denial. No it isn't over. There's so many more episodes to watch! No, don't worry, you'll get all your answers.
Summary: I need season 2. And I need Luke Cage to have his own series. Which he will, in a year. That's too far away.
Okay, an attempt to give a somewhat serious review. Like you've probably heard already: Jessica isn't your average hero and you can probably doubt if she fits our Marvel/DC-defined definition of hero, and Killgrave isn't your average villain. It's not a Hollywood show. It's realistic, to some extent. Jessica does something good, gets closer to beating Killgrave and proceeds to finish that whiskey bottle lying around.
You need to watch this show. There's some great acting in it, also by Tennant; and surprisingly, his role isn't as different as his role as the Doctor. Although you can make plenty references if you try. But seriously, so many people are saying that they don't like this evil side of the Doctor but they aren't that different at all, in the way they behave, the way they do things. You'll have to watch to know what I mean *laughs like the maniac that I am*
In other news, Nanowrimo failed. Sorry about that. I just have been completely out of writing lately.
And in other Marvel news: Did you guys see the trailer for Civil War?
Damn. Tonyfeels. I was team Tony from the start, but now... Damn. Can't wait for that movie. So basically, right now, I'm waiting for Marvel shit, Sandersons new books and new episodes of the Librarians and NCIS LA. I hate waiting a whole week, let alone a whole year. And we don't even know if there will be a season 2!
Well, I'll be here with all my feels. See ya :)
